Privacy Policy

This policy explains the data flows designed into Toolixa. It should be reviewed by the site operator whenever hosting, analytics, advertising or contact systems change.

Files processed locally

The initial image, PDF and video tools described as local use browser APIs and do not intentionally upload selected files to Toolixa servers. The page may still request normal site assets such as JavaScript and CSS.

Text and calculator input

Text transformations, developer utilities, calculators, converters and password tools operate in the current browser tab. Inputs are not submitted to Toolixa by the tool interface.

Server logs

The hosting provider may record standard request data such as IP address, requested URL, time, user agent and response status for security, reliability and abuse prevention. Retention is controlled by the production hosting configuration.

Contact data

The contact page prepares an email in the visitor’s email application. Messages sent to support@toolixa.info are handled as email correspondence and retained only as needed to answer or document the request.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Optional analytics and advertising integrations are disabled when their environment IDs are empty. When enabled, they must load only after the required consent signal from a Google-certified consent management platform in applicable regions. Such providers may use cookies or similar storage under their own policies.

Your choices

You can reject optional analytics and advertising storage through the configured consent platform. Core tools are designed to continue working without optional cookies.
